FAQ

What is the proper way to use and care for my candle?

  • Always trim your wick to 1/4" before lighting.
  • Never leave trimmed wick ends, matches, or other flammable items in your candle. Additionally, keep candles away from heat-sensitive materials such as wood or composite surfaces.
  • If the flame is too high, flickering, or smoking, put the candle out.
  • Do not burn your candle longer than 4 hours at a time. Discontinue use once 1/4" of wax is left.
  • Make sure your candle is away from drafts, fans, and vents to prevent uneven burning.
  • Keep candles out of reach from children and pets.

What is the white stuff on the surface of my candle?

  • This is called "frosting" and is a perfectly normal part of pure soy wax. Don't worry, this won't affect the way your candles burn!

Why does the surface of my candle look uneven after burning?

  • Again, this is not cause for concern! Our candles are made from 100% soy wax and when uneven cooling occurs, the surface may become imperfect.

Do you offer wholesale pricing, refills, or unlabeled candles?

  • At this time we do not offer unlabeled candles for resale. However, we do offer wholesale pricing and refills for safe containers at a discounted price! Send us a message for more information.

Are your candles tested for safety?

  • Yes! We test each batch of candles for fragrance performance, wicking, and burn characteristics. Our candles are safe when used according to the instructions above.

What does "toxin free" mean?

  • Our candles are formulated without compounds on California's Proposition 65 list and other harsh chemicals such as phthalates. We proudly formulate our products with the highest quality ingredients you can feel safe using around your family and pets!

What happens if my candle arrives broken?

  • We use packaging specific to the type of candles ordered to ensure the protection of your goods. However, if you experience issues due to shipping, please contact us so we can resolve the issue!
